My Complaint Description:
My name is Noel Thomas. I am from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and i am complaining because i have deposited my mobile i.e: XOLO A500S on xolo service center on December 11,2013 due to some technical fault (
lines in the screen) and they promised to give it back to me within 2 weeks and now its been near to 2 months since i deposited my handset to the service centre and till now they are not responding to me,before 1 month they told that they are going to replace my handset and after that i didnot get any response from them,Even when i call them they are telling like they dont have the proper infermation, they will forward the a mail to the senior and all. My IMEI number is 911328850150114.Please help me as i am suffering a lot without phone and their poor customer service and indecent sercive .
