My Complaint Description:
i ordered mobile phone from LeEco mobile company.product was defective.i requested for refund of product after 1 hour of receiving product itself.they accepted request but process was in first stage only for 5 days.during that 5 days i called to customer support several time.they only gave me same answer "wait for 1 day".after 5 days,they rejected my request of refund and gave me bullshit reason that defect can be solve by troubleshooting.but problem was in hardware so it was not possible to solve by troubleshooting.now they are not giving me answer.everyone is saying different thing.they are denying to give me refund.when i call to customer they drope my call and dont want to listen my problem.this problem is not happened with only me .many customers from LeEco have suffered this.company is froud and i am expecting for justice.
