My Complaint Description:
I BOUGHT LE1S FOR 10,999/- AGAINST EXCHANGE OFFER FROM FLIPKART . AFTER SOME DAYS MY TOUCH PAD STOPPED WORKING . I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER AT BHAVNAGAR . SERVICE CENTER NAME :- KRONY SYSTEM ,1ST FLOOR, KRISHNADARSHAN COMPLEX , NR RANGOLI RESTAURANT,PARIMAL CHOWK . THEY FORCED ME TO PAY RS.4,887/- TO REPLACE THE MOBILE AS THEY STATED THAT IT'S A MOBILE COMPANY RULE . THEY DID NOT SERVICED THE MOBILE . THERE WAS NOTHING MENTIONED ABOUT THE POLICY OF THE COMPANY FOR AFTER SALE SERVICE WHEN WE BOUGHT THE MOBILE . THEY ADVICED TO TALK TO COMPANY'S TOLL FREE NUMBER . THEY HAD NO ANSWER FOR THE COMPLAINT AND THEY ADVICED TO WRITE MAIL TO [email protected] . WE COMPLAINT TO THE MAIL AND THEY REPLIED THAT YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE ANSWERED SHORTLY . AFTER NO RESPONSE WE WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER FOR THE SOLUTION BUT SERVICE CENTER RESPONDED NEGATIVELY SAYING THE COMPANY RULE HAS CHANGED 2 DAYS BEFORE AND NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY RS. 4887/- BUT NOW MOBILE WILL NOT BE REPLACED BUT IT WILL BE REPAIRED . NO ONE AFFORD TO PAY REPARING CHARGE MORE THAN THE ACTUALLY REPAIRING CHARGE . AND THE SERVICE CENTER HAS IGNORED TO GIVE THE MAIL PRINT OF THE CHANGED COMPANY POLICY AND ALSO DENIED TO SHOW THE MAIL . WITHOUT ANY DESCRIPTION OF THE POLICY WHILE BUYING THIS COMPANY IS DOING FRAUD ACTIVITY IN THE NAME OF AFTER SALES SERVICE AND DESPITE OF WARRANTY SERVICE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THAT AND FORCING TO PAY RS .4887/- .
