My Complaint Description:
Hi, This is regarding the order number 4071932085993 which I placed on LeEco India (in.lemall.com/in) on 28th June amounted 11999 rupees and received the phone on 1st July but don't like their phone quality so raise return request (2016070100013) on their site on same day 1st July under their 10 days return policy. After there was not update from LeEco team after so many calls, mails and follow up phone got picked up on 14th July by Blue Dart people with tracking details (69472159013) and as per tracking the phone has been delivered on 15th July on their Bhiwandi warehouse. Now issue start from here after phone picked up that there was no update from Le Eco India team even talked to customer care so many times and sent so many mails but seems nothing is working and they are not even worry about customers problems they do lot of false commitment also their supervisor do the same no one is ready to take the responsibility and heard different –different story from their executive. As per their policy money should be refunded and will be credited back within 7-21 working days which is also over but no money came yet. These people can't be trusted not even single present.

Hi, This is regarding the order number Order ID: 4071933992124 which I placed on LeEco India (in.lemall.com/in) on 05july amounted 11999 rupees i have cancelled order in 8 July my 28-07-2016 05:50:04 PM Application submitted. Cancellation request number: TK160728000344 but not recived in my credit balance in returned in 2 month my mobiles no. 9991014002

    I am amit kumar having 9991014002 mobile no. I have purchased le max mobile from lemall website. Then i returned the mobile due some issue in mobile and then the mobile was returned on 8th july.

    Its already more than 2 month yet i have not received my refund. Company’s policy for refund is 7-21 days.

    I have called many times to customer care yet i am not even getting the exact date of refund and they always say that be patient you will get your refund soon. I have also mailed…
