My Complaint Description:
We bought LeEco Mex 2 32GB mobile phone of 18K from Amazon on 3/Oct/16, Invoice No. – KA-BLR5-142538091-540484 After using the phone for couple of months we found some major issues. I had given my phone to service center on 7/Dec/16(Jobsheet No. – 201612070089). The phone was promised to get delivered within a week or two though we have been put to considerable inconvenience through the long delay. We had contacted customer care several times(almost every week) and were promised to get phone back within one week time but it has been 4 months and we have not received the phone. Hence I request you to kindly ask them to refund my money and fair compensation for my loss of time.
