My Complaint Description:

* Purchased Le Eco 2 phone from Lemall.com on 28 Jun 2016 at first flash sale.(Order ID 4071938258024)
* Camera and Battery issues were there so requested for return on 8 Jul 2016,
* Received a call from Ms Ritu Chopra, agent of the company on 6 Sept 2016 that you can return the smartphone will get your refund within a day or two from the return.
* Returned via Reverse Logistic Ticket Number 1174510003533 on 11 Sept 2016.
* I called to Customer Care Service via 180030101838 and [email protected] almost about 50 times and email almost about 30 imes but did reply on email. On telephone call I contacted to Supervisor Lakshya Sharma, Ms Megha Mittal and Mr Rishab and number of customer care executives like Ajay, Mr. Mishra etc. etc. I am not aware about the names of them. But they all make me fool by saying wait for 24-48 hours. Your matter will be resolved.

Sir/Madam, Kindly look my matter and if possible I may please be educated the next remedy please or else you yourself took my case please. I have returned bill and other accessories but I have picture with me i have clicked at the time of return.
