My Complaint Description:
I HAVE A LENOVO G50-70 SERIES LAPTOP, S.L NO – CB31246928. IT HAS CHARGING ISSUE FROM PAST TWO MONTHS. I CONTACT LENOVO FOR IT, BUT THEY CONTINUOUS HARASSED ME EVERY TIME I CONTACT THEM. AFTER A LONG THEY WERE AGREED TO REPLACE THE MAIN BOARD AND THEY PROMISED ME FOR A NEW BOARD. BUT TWICE THEY HAVE SEND REPAIRED OLD BOARD TO ME. I'M A I.T PROFESSIONAL AND I HAVE A COMPUTER AND OTHER IT PERIPHERALS SHOP. I KNOW HOW LOOKS A NEW BOARD OF A LAPTOP. THEY CONTINUOUS ARGUE WITH ME. AT LAST I HAVE DENIED TO FIT A OLD REPAIRED BOARD IN MY NEW LAPTOP. LENOVO SERVICE QUALITY IS TOO MUCH POOR. AND THEY HAVE NO DESIRE TO DO IT BETTER. NOW THEY ARE DENY TO GIVE ME NEW WARRANTY PARTS, THEIR BEHAVIOR IS NOT GOOD.
