Sir I have ordered a Lenovo k8 note mobile phone ordered from Amazon on 7th Nov 2017. It is under service warranty . My phone is not working it's continuing off and I asked for service.But company denied to provide service and said there is scratch on phone so we can't provide service. There is internal damage in phone but they denied to provide service. Pls help me to get service to repair phone or return my money which I paid to purchase the phone
