My Complaint Description:
Experience poor product & service from Lenovo model ZUK Z1 find below the conversation of whole issue.

· Purchase Lenovo ZUKZ1 from Amazone on 19-05-2016,Order ID: 404-3599835-8964363,With IMEI No.865374020199363
· Problem start of hanging & auto switch off phone.
· so replace mobile via Amazone Replacement policy and received new Mobile,but same problem. Dtd.28-06-2016 Order ID: 404-4073528-6623564,IMEI=865374020317650
· So submitted phone to your Lenovo service center to Rajkot,They have software update done,They have kept my phone for 2 day.
· After getting my handset i have use the phone for 1 day & problem start again(continue).
· So I have send to Rajkot(Anil Services) service center second time,They have changed the mother board,They have kept my phone for 7 day.
· After getting my handset i have use the phone for 1 day & problem start again(continue).
· For this above matter i have talk many time with Lenovo Customer care (180030007678) as well as Lenovo service center at Rajkot.All the time getting poor & bad response from your Customer care.
· Many time write mail [email protected] but not a satisfied reply.[Incident: 160810-003391,160907-002204,160907-002207]
· I have talk to Mr.Amit & Netra(Customer Executive) ,but both the time they are my call disconnected.
· Reliability of Lenovo product & service is ZERO.
· I want my money back .
