dear sir
i had buy a lg led tv worth rs 23700 from salse india bopal ahmedabad with extended warrenty of 1 + 1 year purches date 20 december 2015 . now i m facing problem with lef tv it showing white spot in tv screen i had call to lg customer care but they not recieve call i tryed lots of time but no one there to pic call than after i had submit my complaint throu salse india . after submiting my complaint i had recieve a call from lg engineer and he says that to cancal complaint bcz of diwali .he say u neef to complaint again after diwali i sad ok than again i call customer care number but no one there to help me than again i have to go salse india service desk to register my complaint than after 5 days. lg company enginer come at home and he ask me for service charge i had told him that i had purchase a warranty he said still u need to pay charge . i had told him i have bill i have a warranty card of ur company than why i have to pay he said the date of purchase and waranty carf date is not match i had told him that i have a valid bill from salse india and in the bill its cleatly wrote that i have a warranty of 1+1 year n i had pay charge for that also . than also he is not ready to help me he said yes you have a warranty but u have to pay 3500 rs than only we repair the tv . than after long debet he said i will send mail to upper lavel officer for permition but after 4 or 5 days i recieve a msg that ur complain is close bcz custome not contected . i had call custome care n finnaly some one recieve my call when i ask about my complain he said ur complaint is closed bcz u where not ready to pay charge i dont under stand why they r chargeing if all ready i have a warranty and they r trying to complit my warrenty period bcz now its just some days left this 20 th dec 2017 my warrenty period will be over so please sir do somthing to help me out my registered complaint number is shown in this msg what i had recieve from lg company Your Service Request RNP171031083381 is closed.( Reason : Customer cannot be contacted ) & charge collected Rs 0/-, for further assistance call LG on 1800 315 9999

  1. after complaint goes to lg from grahak shuraksha they just called me and told me that there is a diffrence with bill date & warranty card issue date so ur not eligible for warrenty i had told that last time when ur engineer came we where went to salse india bopal branch & salse india manager accept that at that time before 2 years that happense in many caces that warrenty card date cames diffrent and he had inform same to the company . but company reply that no problem when issue come it will be faced that time u continu with this warranty card . the salse india manager accept that there is no foult of customer than also he is not ready to help me and he told me call back after taking salse india but and just call end i recieve a msg from lgcare that ur complaint is closed . they not called salse india or any one else just cut the call and complaint closed no call back no proper answer givan by company service person this msg came with end off the call they not want to give any service in warrenty or in free it proves that Your Service Request RNP171207023027 is closed.( Reason : High Service Charge ) & charge collected Rs 0/-, for further assistance call LG on 1800 315 9999
