My Complaint Description:

I have purchase a LG LED TV (Model No – 42LB5820) of Rupees 54300/= from Snapdeal on 17 aug 2014. I just have Back light LED problem with this product i.e(With three light glowing vertically on the distance of approx 2 inch in the screen) now it is not working properly.

I have called to LG customer care on 29/07/2016, they told me about the inspection charges which is Rs 800 + ST. she told me service engg will call me within 24 hrs but i did not get any call. Again on 03rd Aug 2016 I sent mail to LG electronics Ltd and call their customer care then they told there is no any complaint register by me.They register the complaint and that their service engg contact me on same day. They took from me 250 + ST i.e 288 rs he told my back light is having problem and I need to replace the panel which cost me around 22000 rs. He also told I will get sms about the charge which he took but till now I did not get any sms from LG.

I thought that the product from LG was defective because one light was showing from long back but I did not noticed much, till tomorrow it become two and today it is three lights glowing.

I just wanted to know that the LG product is that full dabba or defaulted that not work for even 2 yrs? Its only 22 months for purchase the TV and its started giving issue.

Please look into this matter ASAP and do the needfull to me. Also suggest me the alternative way so that I can can try also ?
