My Complaint Description:
Dear sir I have purchase newDear sir,
I have purchase new AC JS-Q12JUZD from Vadodara on 26/3/2018.
There is a cooling is not proper in room.
My complaint no is RNS180409021928.
There are 2service engineers visit to AC.But they tell that ac is ok and also accept that cooling is not proper in room.
I have talked with Mr.MAHESH in callcenter and he also not give satisfied answer he give me number of Mr.Amit niranjan shah 9879106723.He can't talk with me and give number of same service engineers who visited further.
My request is open from last 6days ane one is missing from call center.
No one give proper answer and rotate me day to day.
From call center I also get number of local service center 9081919233.he also not proper reply.
Also not installed proper AC.The installation person give us stand when we asked him about it. And then give us after installation.
He cheat with with me.
Very bad experience with the lg service.
I want to return the air conditioner.
Please give me solution.
