My Complaint Description:
dear sir
i am using airtel simcard for my home use. its no. is 8802831102. i had recharge it on 08/06/2015, at 10:39 a.m. with 3G data plan as show in airtel app. which is 1 GB. net data for 28 days in Rs.255.
but after recharge i got only 750 MB. data for only 14 day, its a cheting with customer.
i had called in airtel chstomer care on same day, but they are says u get only 750MB. data, we cant do any more.
so please sir tame some action on them they are cheating us customers like this.
