My Complaint Description:
I purchased IFB Senprita Aqua vx 6.0 kg front door washing machine in last September. Washing quality is very poor. Cloths tearing is common for normal cotton clothes. Service support in Daman area is also very poor. Without closing the query, service team is closing the complaint request.
Recently, one of your engineer suggested me to change the drum of my washing machine. During his visit, he came with open drum. It was not enclosed with proper packing. I could not see any packing, label or barcode over it. How IFB can allow such kind of service. Such practice may directly open the world of gray market also. I simply didn't accept the drum. While talking with in-charge Mr. Sufiyan Shaikh, he was emphasizing me to accept the drum. Reason for receiving the unpacked drum as given by Mr. Sufiyaan was that, he is saving the customer's money by doing so. Else customer need to collect the drum from the service center. This episode is of 29 Jun 2015.
Is it the level of service that IFB is offering to customers?
After 5 days of the discussion, I received a call from his team Ms. Dimple, narrating the wet packing material of the drum due to rain.
As a customer we can not accept such comments. It clearly shows that IFB is not quality and service oriented company.
I am not writing this mail due to just one incident. I have noticed several points till date. In the past also, I have noticed that, one of your service guy brought washing machine trolley as per my request. He didn't place the trolley properly on bike hence there were some dents on the trolley. I requested him to replace but engineer emphasized me not to worry because he will paint on such dents. Till date he has not come back. Now I can see rust on that. This is almost 9 months old matter.
Request you to resolve the matter urgently under the supervision of seniors.
Additionally, I came to know during telephonic conversation, IFB is not providing brand new parts for the repairing For replacement of the material in warranty period. It indicated IFB is misguiding the customers, if it is really the fact.
