My Complaint Description:
Before this i have email for bad service and not allotted membership number.
After writing one of your assistant called me and assist.
Now i want to redeem my free holiday voucher. I have email to reservation and customer relations (vishal).
on 19th Oct 2018 and called on Saturday 20th Oct 2018. But i don't not get any reply from reservation side or from customer relation.
Another email i have done on 22nd Oct 2018 and called to vishal he told me i did not check the mail and on holding phone he checked the mail and told me i will call back after lunch.
On 23rd i call to vishal but he was not available and told me call back at 3.00 pm.
so i called to vishal at 5.19 p.m he they hold the line for 3 to 5 min and disconnect the call.
So i am not free to do this activity for holiday. So i think your company did not provide good service to customers.
So i did not want your membership and want my money refund as soon as possible.
