I hardly request you pls me from tata docomo cellular
because they r lapse my net balance from my account without any use I m asking to her customer care representative
and they r say me that's company s rule so u doesn't deserve to return of that money or mobile data I'm ask why so they say me ur 2g recharge is active so ur 3g data is lapse I'm so many request to her officer but they couldn't response me so finally I decided to contact u
sir pls help me for my balance refund

  1. Dear Customer,

    We would like to inform you that, as per our records the recharge of RC 99 on 14-10-2015 at 06:33PM was successfully active on your number and credited with the benefits of 1GB 3G data for 25 days. However, it has been lapsed by RC 21 done on 20-10-2015 3G data and the same cannot be refunded. Kindly note that, 2G recharge with 2G pack existing data pool balance will get accumulate and in case of 3G pack recharge existing 2G pack benefits will get lapsed. However, for 3G recharge with 3g pack will get accumulate and 2G pack recharge will get lapsed.
