My Complaint Description:
Booked "Hotel Amber'' of Shimla in my colleague's name (PARTHA PRATIM RAY: MOBILE: 9434073993) for 11-10-2016 using my own VISA Debit card from "Makemy'' site. The Booking ID is: NH2114035115374. But, however, the printout of the booking shows the booking done on 28-09-2016, instead of my desired day of booking. I first wanted to change the date of booking. But, when it was impossible, I cancelled the booking from the option given in the site. But now neither "'' nor the "Hotel Amber" is refunding the booking money.
