My Complaint Description:
On 23rd Feb 2016, I booked an Airticket on MakeMyTrip from Mobile APP after looking at the offer of APPFEST. It was showing that if we book a ticket with Qatar Airways + for Europe + with Axis Bank Credit Card then we can get Rs. 10000 of discount. From which we can get instant discount of Rs. 5000 and Rs. 5000 after 21 days. I have done booking for the same like chose QATAR Airways, trip was for LONDON, made payment through AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD But I didn't get any of these discount. Also, I received a message that I will get a discount of Rs. 2000 after 21 days which is completely different from what they have offered on website. Kindly find below link of this offer

I have been chasing MAKEMYTRIP.COM SUPPORT since 24-FEB-2016 and almost after 20 days or more I am still getting same message that wait for next 24, 48, 96 hours. So far I was receiving to wait for 48 hours and last time I got a message to wait for 96 Hours! But nobody contact from their side after completion of defined period. Kindly find below summary of complaint conversations with their support:

5) 08-MAR-2016: Customer (Hardik Ponda) sent follow up message
6) 09-MAR-2016: Received reply from MakeMyTrip to wait for 24 HOURS
7) 12-MAR-2016: Customer (Hardik Ponda) sent follow up message
8) 13-MAR-2016: Received reply from MakeMyTrip to wait for 96 HOURS
