My Complaint Description:
I booked domestic flight ticket through online services available in Makemytrip.com from Rajkot to Delhi and Delhi to Rajkot on 25.08.2015 with their Booking ID NF2203857229004. As per the company's time line, I had to get the e-ticket and invoice on my e-mail ID within 30 minutes, but it was not received. I started inquiry through their toll free no. 18001028747 from 27.08.2015, but no executive resolved my issues. For resolving my issues, I was constantly in touch with their customer care executives and till the date of my flight this was not resolved. At last date i.e. on 30.08.2015, I talked to 4 executive for the cancellation of my ticket but they were not supporting me and after getting me on hold over telephone for 30 to 45 minutes phone was getting disconnected. Lastly, I requested with my folded hand to cancel the above booking and she cancelled the tickets with conditions. I got the message from makemytrip that your cancellation process has been started and you will get your refund within 14 working days, but even after elapsing of 25 days, refund amount has not been credited back in my account. Every time, I getting mail for the extension of timeline. I have also complaint regarding this onlince with the request ID 150828-033481.
This is my kind request to you to please intervene in this case and arrange for resolving the issues at the earliest.
