My Complaint Description:
I requested a sim calling on 111 and vodafone send a card for internet activation. My request and details were forwarded to
systematic knowledge services, andheri east,
they took my documnet on 12 feb 2014,
and gave me one nano sim card, but till date it is not activate .
mr. Nitin from systematic knowledge services , contact no 8879618454 and his colleague contact no : 8879618461 and Mr. Rohan 7208001008 are so ILL mannered that they don’t even bother to pick up customer’s calls and answer any query. Its a shame, that vodafone is associated with people like never ready ,to work, forget help, even if they have received their money. Its shows vodafone as a company and it’s interests.
this is harresment to the customers
