My Complaint Description:
Hi – I have been using Maruti Wagon R since 2007. And I ensure service is done thro Maruti Service Station Only.
My observation about their service, in one word is "Complacence". They are reaching to corporate mortality and people both officials & dealer are writing epitaph of largest car manufacturer.

Complaints are
1. My Car was a defective piece – I had complained (probably dig out the written complaints given to them @ their Ahmedabad Office). Which never fixed. I am a technical person – hence I can proof , what they did to fix the issue. Till date – I face problem while shutting down the windows glass.

2. Every time I send the car for service – they create some additional technical issue.
some time AC will not work – which I discover late (as I am not use AC w/o need)
some time air regulator knob – is fixed and unable to turn.
Tyre get replaced – but the fitment is defective, which is done by some third party. Within 3 months of replacement of tyre – I had to replace 2 valves.

3. Exorbitant bill – you may check your self . My Car Reg No GJ1 HM 9556
4. Replace Engine oil – which I got on an offer from Shell. Which inspite of telling them not to change , they did replace the oil.
5. They have taken the money for Insurance much before the expiry date (18-Jun was the due date). But, till date I didn't got the Insurance paper. No help – I got from complaining to Maruti help line also. I drive the car – with ton of anxiety.
