My Complaint Description:
On june 19 i went to bali tour, for that i purchased a matrix sim card for free 500 min international calling and 2GB Data for 3999 + tax rental. I was in bali first of all Data plan didnt work. Secondly they didnt inform that i have dial a code before making call other wise it would be chargeable. During trip also once the call stopped going through saying credit limit reached. I asked the matix customer care how come my limit is reached as i have not even used half of 500 min. They didnt inform that time also how 500min are not being used.
Now they say your bill is 23000/-rs saying that you should write code before dialing, its written in our terms and conditions. But it was not mentioned to me before and during the trip also. They completely manipulated me. So what should be the further procedure.
