To MTS Management,

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am your valued customer Mr. Priyesh P. Desai and my data card no is9137216173.And my mobile no is 9426525446.
I have purchased MTS 3G postpaid data pack and is activated on 07/06/2015(Rs.599/- plan).

After completion of 3G pack the 2G net is not working properly. Not even a single file of near about 1000 kb can be down loaded. Network failure message indicates on screen. After every half or one minute the network gets failure. I cannot down load a single file of 1100 kb within 5 to 10 minutes or more (the file can be loaded in 1 or 2 minutes). Not any video or song can be played, even at very lower resolution.

When I have complained about this your company(about 3 times) person says that in my area there are more users so this problem arises. So what? That is your company’s problem; this is excuse and not a solution.

When your MTS sales person shows demo he shows tremendous speed on net on 3G only and not clarify about 2G speed problems. He not shows 2G demo.

Please clarify and solve above problem for your valued customer.
