My Complaint Description:

I have purchased Redmi Prime 2 mobile on 4th Jan, 2016 thru MI Mobile Application, after two months i was facing a problem regarding the battery charging; hence I have visited MI Service Center for the same and they formatted my devise and mentioned that my issues has been resolved. After a month was facing the same problem and visited again MI service center and they said there is some problem in parts so they asked me to keep my handset with them on 12th June, 2016 and they said it will be replaced within a weeks time; however till today i have not received my handset.

Sir, so many time i have call service center as well as Customer Care support but i am not getting a proper answer from them. Neither they are ready to replace my handset nor they are repairing the same.

I Request you to please look into the matter asap and oblige.
