My Complaint Description:
i ordered REDmi 3s prime golden from mi.com on 31st august, iget on 3rd september.
but when i opened the phone it is in dead condition, so i requested for replacement and collect the DOA for mi service center at rajkot.
than i have CONTACTED MI CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE (1800 103 6286).
they replied me on 7th august that your replacement request will bi accepted.
but after that till 16th september no one give any kind of service to me,
no mail, no phone calls from mi customercare.
on 16th sept i called back them for progress report related to replacement, thay gave me unsatisfied answer.
all the time i only hear that ,"please wait for some time it will in progress".
but now i am totaly unsatisfied with their service.
now i want my money back in any condition.
please help me.
