Dear Sir,
Good day!
Please note We have buy the MI Redmi 3S from MI India on 16/09/2016, received thru Blue Dart on 17/06/2016. But this set is not working from 1st day & following problem we are facing:-
1) Phone Hanging problem
2) When we are doing calls // No response received
3) Speaker Problem – Hardware

MI TAX INVOICE :- 1473923050884618732 DT. 15/09/2016

We have already submitted the complaint to Mi India & Complaint No. is 160920002351 Dt. 21/06/2016. After given the Code by mi redmi customer care *#*#6484#*#* we have checked the problem & problem report came in set SPEAKER FAILED. We are continuosly calling to Mi customer care & they are saying our executive will reply you 24-48 hours. But no response received from 21/09/2016 to till date
Mi redmi customer care is not giving the positive response to us & confirming due to some technical reason our executive fail to pick up the phone.

Now we want replacement of this product.
