Subject : defect of product and don’t repaired under warrantee
Respected sir ,
I have purchased micromax mobile canvas 2 by online from infibeem site Invoice Id 11185216-20162954 Purchase Id 11185216 / Order Id 20162954 Order Date Jul 9, 2013.but after sometime there is some problem in display of mobile and battery of mobile .i had given for repair it to micromax service centre “M/S KRISHNA MOBILES-221, SAFFRON COMPLEX (SF), FATEHGUNJ, VADODARA, POST CODE-390002 ,LANDLINE NO.-0265-3042020 ,MOBILE NO.-9033315647 “ .on 25/01/2014.my job sheet no W010360-0114-7770087. They given me mobile after repaired it on 28/01/2014.but when i used mobile i have found again one problem for display.bottom part of mobile display is not working properly .only half upper part working good. Again i went to M/S KRISHNA MOBILES-221 on 29/01/2014 and i told about that problem to them .they told me that you come next week with your mobile and we will replace the display of mobile by new display.Meanwhile i put my mobile in bag .Display of mobile break may be due to shock or pressure . there is slightly break on corner side of display of mobile. again i went to M/S KRISHNA MOBILES-221 on 05/02/2014 and given my mobile to them .but they didn’t take my mobile due to physical damage of display.and they told me that there is charge for change of display Rs 2200. I told them you have already replace display of mobile as they have told me on 29/01/2014 .But they didn’t replace the display and want charge of rs. 2200 for replacement of display.
If they were took my mobile on 29/01/2014 for replacement of display .so is it possible to break the display ?????but they knew that if i go after 1 week or some time ,may be i forget it or may be never go for again and may be some problem arise in mobile like physical damage.
i already told the coustmer care ([email protected])for that they also denied me .but i have doubt that when i give my mobile first time for repair the display of mobile in free at that time they have intensely put another duplicate display or remain some problem in display. So again I ( costumer )come for problem and take money any other way like may be out of warrantee ,may some physical damage.
Still my mobile is unused due to damage of display .
I want replace my mobile display without charge of Rs .2200 otherwise give me refund of Rs 10500.or give me money back rs 7000 after deduction on charge of Rs 2200.
Please help me in this regard.
