My Complaint Description:
I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Selfie 4(Q349) from New Satarupa Mobile Shop on 10/07/2016,but after some days (max. 20 days) I faced a problem regarding display. I took it to the service centre (M/S PURPLE, 66/2,Dum Dum Road Kolkata,TIN- 19671169612, PIN- 700074,Contact-9836254333,Tel No.-0336-8888255) on 09/08/2016 and they ensure me that within 15-20 days to solve the problem,but on 19/08/2016 at 5:13 p.m. I got a messege from micromax service centre with job shit no. E030749-0816-24841347 that they shall be delivered mah phone within seven days,but today after 20 days I am unable to get my phone back. I am not satisfied with the service provider and also there behaviour is soo bad,so it is my last way to get back my mobile.
