My Complaint Description:
We have purchased a 32 inch Micromax LED TV on 30/03/2016 from Flipkart. On 30/06/2016 suddenly the motherboard of the tv crashed. We registered a complaint and they said that our problem would be resolved after 2 3 business days.
After so many calls one engineer came and checked quickly and went.
We requested to replace the piece but they refused.
Its been 25 days and every time we call to the customer care they say it will take 5 to 10 day and not giving proper reason for this much delay.
