Respective Sir/ madam,

I have purchase micro-max Handset no. A350 BLACK &GOLD on dtd 18.11.2015 & the same handset is having problem and to rectify it given it to the service center located at andheri on Tamana Service center dtd 16.10.2015. I have submitted my mobile second time in micromax service center.

Afterwards no revert/updated came from your side, when we checked for the status every alternate 10 Days it has been informed to me that it will take another 20 Days to get the handset in working condition.

May I request you to kindly look into the matter as it is almost 3 month past, and I am chasing for my mobile handset & getting the same revert of 20 Days time period, now I cannot wait any more, need your immediate intervention & replacement of NEW HANDSET on Priority.

Awaiting your prompt and positive revert on the same, to avoid further escalation at respective government agencies for further action.
