My Complaint Description:
i purchased a LAPTAB LT 666 BY AMAZON IN MAY 2015. when my device display was broken i contact to amazon for it's solution. amazon inform me you have 3 free home service so you can contact customer care for it's solution. i was contacted and they reply me yes of course you have 3 free service by micromax and if you pay amount of 6000 rs we will replace your device because the device is not repairable it's only replaceable so if you want to do i will send you a link by an email for online payment. i accept and waiting for email. but after 2 days i didn't found any email i was call again and answer was same we send you an email but more 3 days gone they didn't send any email. 3-4 times i call again and again but reply was same. one day i called again they reply me that the company policy is changed now you can go to our service center for solution. i was shocked!!!! i was gone to service center they didn't know anything about this device and reply me we contact the company for solution we inform you by an email i was waiting for reply. but they didn't reply and after some days when i was go to service center they reply me your device is now repairable and the amount of this is 6200 rs.i was came back to my home i called customer care again but didn't got satisfaction answer i ask him you was registered my complaint and accept for replace and now you say that the policy is changed why? what about my registered complaint? answer was if you want to do, do this. company cheated me. please solve my problem and for your information my device is already under the warranty period. help me…………………………………………………………………………………………………
