It is regarding the phone replacement order with the micromax yureka phone. I broke my screen and I called the customer service. They placed an order to have my phone replaced with Rs. 3000. After few days I came to know that they didn't place an order when I called as the refrence number (waybill number) to pick my phone wasn't generated. After couple of calls they placed an order ,then I had to call them again and again to have my phone picked. My phone was finally picked and it was received by micromax's "YU Support" on 28 th of Nov at their location. Today is 23rd of December and I haven't receive my cell phone yet, while their website claims to have replacement within 48 hours. I have called them many times and they keep lying that the refrence number (waybill number) to send the replacement back will be generated within next 24-48 hours. I haven't receive any satisfactory answer yet. I have even sentd them an E-mail. On their E-mail they just send a reply that your concern has been forwarded and a represantative will call you shortly, but no one has called yet. Please help me with this issue. They also have an issue in their system due to which some times it shows that the complaint is registered on the name of "surya", but it can by verified using e-mail ID and phone number. The ticket number is 1788839.
