My Complaint Description:
I was purchased NOKIA 215 Mobile from the Paytm on 04Jun2015(According to Invoice Date). Below are my order no and other information regarding same and also attached invoice copy for same.

Right now, Mobile into speaker is not working and also issue regarding battery drain. I have also contact Nokia Authorised service centre in my city. As per Nokia service centre comments, Nokia 215 only contains pice to pice REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Please review attached screen shot which into i have describe service center details for same.
They tell me, you will be go to your seller and change/replace with them. I have purchased from online e-commerce site(paytm.com/).
I have also contact PAYTM. They tell me We can not replace or provide any kind of service related to device.
How should i replace my phone or Repair them? Please let as know your comments ASAP. Waiting for your positive reply.
