My Complaint Description:
I got cheated many times with TATA DOCOMO, but I collected proofs for 2 offers recently, and below are my issues with offers mentioned. Before activating below offers my base tariff rate was as follow:
1 Paisa/ 6 Seconds for DOCOMO to DOCOMO(All india)
1.5 Paisa/ 1 Second for all other and STD calls.
60 Paisa for 1st local message and then after 200 messages free for day
120 Paisa for 1st STD message and then after 200 messages free for day

Offer 1:
In November 2014, I got message for extra talktime plan, which gives 70 Rs balance in 65 Rs. So, I recharged with and received balance as mentioned, but they also change my base tariff rate to 2 Paisa/1 Second for 30 days, which was not mentioned in plan detail.

So, I called to customer support for same, but they didn't solved it. They were all telling it's default plan.

Why they changed my tariff rate to 2 Paisa/ 1 Second? And if it's included with offer, then why it's not mentioned in offer detail?

Offer 2:
After getting offer 1, I checked for discounted tariff rate offer and got offer for 45 Rs with 90 days validity. So, I recharged with 45 Rs, but didn't got offer. So, I called customer support and ask for reason. And they told me, when 1 offer(Offer 1, 2 Paisa/1 Second) is active another offer can't be applied, which I was not activated they given it for their benefit. So, I mailed about it on listen@tatadocomo.com and told them I will register complain about it in Consumer form. So after 2 days they have activated my offer of 45 Rs.

But with this offer, again they extended 2 Paisa/1 Second plan to 180 days from 30 days, which was also not mentioned in offer detail as offer 1. My offer activated on 10 November, 2014 and 180 days already left but my base tariff yet not made normal as mentioned above.

Why they changed my tariff rate to 2 Paisa/ 1 Second? And if it's included with offer, then why it's not mentioned in offer detail?

I know DOCOMO will never agree with this kind of issue. So, I had taken screen shots for plan shown in offer and message I actually got when offer activated. Below is link to it:

When I call or email them, they never solving issue, only telling that it's your base tariff rate. My base tariff rate changed after activating above offers, but they are telling it's your base tariff rate.

So, I am registering this complain for reverting my base tariff rate to older rate before activating this offer. And I am also claiming for 10000 Rs for changing my tariff rate, which was not mentioned in offer and I am still paying it, for my time wasted on doing email and call to support. And it should be lesson for them, so they will not cheat other customer.

And I also ask Consumer form for taking more action against DOCOMO for not mentioning proper details under offered plan. They are making millions of money by making fool to customer with these kind of offers. So, I think they should be charged with minimum 1 Crore Rs and they will not cheat customer.

    As per the conversation had with our team, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we would like to inform you that upon verifying our records, as of now there is no call rate cutter plan is active on your number. Hence, you are being charged as per the base tariff as all mobile calls and land line calls at 2P/sec. Further, we request you to recharge with any call rate cutter plan in order to reduce your charges.

      I know there is no call rate cutter plan active for now.

      Just to let you know, I didn’t register complaint for purchasing call rate cutter plan. I registered complaint for you had applied extra call rate charges on plan activation, which was not mentioned in plan detail. Also, another issue is, you had changed my base call rate, without any prior info.

      I know, you are changing base call rate with any plan activation for your benefit and not mentioning in it plans. So, complaint is registered for making call rate to my base call rate, which was before activating this plan.

      As per Indian Government rules, you need to mention clear details on offer page, which you didn’t mentioned and now not roll backing my call rates to older rates.

      So, kindly roll-back my call rates to older rates, as I didn’t subscribe for any plans, which have 2p/s call rate.
