I am a mobikwik customer………..i use mobikwik to do online recharge……. i have 6041 rs in my mobikwik wallet ….my mobikwik email id is – mdimranansari3@gmail.com and registered ph no. is – 7764842446.from 6th january2016 my wallet got locked and i am unable to log into my account to do recharge…….when i tried to log in from my android device also it shows that – ’’Please write to documents@mobikwik.com’ for re-activation”…i have sent my problem detail to this email…….but till now no response i still got….please look at this……..i saw alot of mobikwik customer complaints which is same time……..please re activate my mobikwik wallet so i can log into my mobikwik account and do recharge…… or i want full refund of 6041rs……also when i complain in ’bookcomplaints.com’,the very next day a person calling from mob no. +917800706735 is asking my full debit card details with cvc no. for reactivation my mobikwik account ….i mean what is this……….?there’s no need of debit card details for mobikwik account re activation……….. and then he said if i not give him the card details my mobikwik account will be permanantly locked…..thats not fair……..! i want my account re activated or i want my 6041/- rs refund….pls look over it as soon as possible………thank you..
