i want to inform you that i have paid my electric bill from mobile app MOBIKWIK.transaction Id is rder ID: BILL196731513
03 Dec 2015, 01:02 PM IST One MobiKwik Systems Private Limited Address 2nd Floor, Orchid Centre Golf Course Road, Sector 53 Gurgaon, Haryana 122002. India.

payment was deducted from my wallet but still pending shows in DGVCL. i have doing complaint at there site and online options but there is no any reply from there and i was call to customer care no. many time but call was not conect to customer care executive. i was wait 30 min but not conected to executive. still i have not received my refund amount.
i request to you please take action on them.
