I am having ₹ 5474 in my mobikwik wallet. Since it is my amount and I don't want to use mobikwik (I don't trust because of their Terms & Conditions), I want my money to transfer to my bank account. But they are not allowing me to do that.
They told me to use the amount for doing recharge or paying bill.
