Sir,

I am having ₹ 5474 in my mobikwik wallet. Since it is my amount and I don't want to use mobikwik (I don't trust because of their Terms & Conditions), I want my money to transfer to my bank account. But they are not allowing me to do that.

They told me to use the amount for doing recharge or paying bill.

      I had raised tickets to transfer my amount to my bank account so many times, but i got no satisfactory response. Customer support executive told me to use the amount for recharge or bill payment.

      Why should i keep this much of high amount in your responsibility if I don’t trust your website?

      Transfer the amount to my bank account immediately.
