My Complaint Description:
at 30 October I m add mony in sequence 1150,1000,1000,10 all amounts in cut in bank but non of this is add in my wallet, 10 times call in mobikwiq care but there is no response……. [email protected] is my email id check the my history of transactions….. and [email protected] is my another mobikwik account in this 1000rs is cut from bank but no add in wallet.. Same date………….other detail is sending in [email protected]
Money is debited by zaakpay, it is debitcard collection site, this issues is descuss with zaakpay. There is no response.
Please suggest how can i recover my money….
