Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to above I've purchased Spice mobile on 15/10/15, after 20 days my mobile was hanged and submitted to service center in Borivali (W). They have solved the problem, again after 45 days speaker was not working, submitted to same service center and solved. Few months later on (30th Apr. 15) display lining problem occurred, submitted to same service center and received back on 18-05-15. I was not satisfied and submitted next day on 19-05-15, but till today not received it. After handed over to service center they informed me that call after one week. Later I've called them every week but not received any satisfactory answer or Mobile phone till today. I've spoken with their junior and seniors executives but got reply "it'll take one week".
After 45 days left but neither company nor service center are giving me solution for this problem. You can understand the importance of mobile usage in everyone's life today. I am completely disappointed for the after sales service from Spice mobile company. I need your help in this matter.
Please look in this matter and do the needful.

  4. After 10 days I have received my handset but the problem of Switch off not resolved, they have sent my mobile in the same condition after keeping for 10 days. Again requesting to all of you not to buy Spice Products in any condition. They were making people fool by selling cheap quality products at very low price.
