My Complaint Description:
I purchased Spice mobile from WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. wide Invoice No. BLR_JIG_0120141100126025 on 21-11-2014 with Bill Amt. 6299/- and it is under warranty (Order through Flipkart Order No . OD201334941009113300). I give my mobile for repairing due to sensor problem wide service request no.06100151F90142 on 4th September'15. I received my mobile after repairing and with creating new problem of Power Button not work on 18th September'15. Then again I submit my mobile with Service Request No. 06100151F90281 on 18-09-2015. I talk on 25-09-15 with your Spice customer support executive and as per him it's take 7 to 8 days to repairing the device. If I check power button not work in mobile then your Spice Mobile Q.C.department what doing? This is very serious matter of Spice Mobile Product Quality. Now the till date almost 45 days after can't get my mobile and as per today discussion with Spice Customer care and as per him it's take more 4 to 5 days and also replay "Aap bilkul Grahak Surksha me Ja Sakte hai". This is not fair reply. I am tired with Spice Mobile Service and also my Hand Set. I want to Replace New One or Refund money as I spent for Purchase Mobile.
