Dear sir ,
i have mail company employee and company also regarding below meter.
but they are dont reply me…
I have write this mail to request you about my Phone Issue. I have brought my mobile on 19-08-2014. But on 12-08-2015 , there was problem. So, I went to the service station on 17-08-2015, so it was under Warranty.Then I receive my mobile from service station on 23-09-2015 almost after 40 days.
But, suddenly after 2 hours on 23-09-2015, "My Mobile was Dead". Now, Service station is not accepting my problem. So please help me.
(Ensure Support Service India limited) change my touch screen and change my mother bourd but what type of service u given me or what type of meterieal u fit on my phone i dont konw becouse after 2 hours my new mother bourd is death ..
so pls change my mother bourd or given me new cell…
I have also talked to Mr. Pramod Soni (Ensure Support Service India limited) Who is Area Manager of Surat .
Previous problem in mobile were- Touch Problem (Automatic Multi touch), Camera was not working properly, Mobile was getting Hang.
As Xiaomi is very reputed Company, So I hope you will definitely help me in this case.I have attached my Mobile Bill (Invoice) and Service Center Receipt .
