My Complaint Description:
It was committed by your repair team that my device will be ready on 4 oct 2016 which is lying at local service center in ahmedabad since 03 sep 2016 vide work order No. BPR/MG/16/00461 and 00512.

Just now I have called service center to know the status of my device and i was informed that still spare part is not dispatched by the motorola.

Just now I recd a call from your repair team rep. MR.ARVIND and now he is giving new date of 10 oct 2016 to repair my device. This is really disgusting and not acceptable at all.

Now just for you information… i am demanding a faulty device is to be replaced with device through this mail and if not replaced this matter will be taken to judicial court for doing fraud with me. Pls.also note that all expenses incurred by me towards legal suite will be beared by you and will be refunded to me.

I am no more interested in the faulty device now.

Thanks for providing horrible service and poor qualitygood to me.

The problem in my device occured after approx 02 months where the touchpad used to get stuck hence after few days I took this to authorised service centre of Motorola at Ahmedabad on 03/9/2016 and after 01 week I recd a msg that my mobile ready. I just call service centre on next day to confirm the same and that time i was told by service centre that the mobile is not ready as the new touchpad which they rrcd is also not defective, adding to this I was informed that the motherboard of the mobile is also defective hence they will change that too. Since than I am following with service centre and Motorola team to get my device repaired but when I call service centre they advise to call Motorola and when I call motorola they ask me to check with service centre. Finally I was said by Motorola that my device will be ready on 29/9/2016 but i didn’t get my device on this date and was committed with 04/10/2016. On this day also it was not ready and again came with new date of 10/10/2016 and today also my device is not ready.
    Everytime the followup is done from my end only with service centre and Motorola too.
    Now since touchpad and motherboard both are defective, nothing left in this mobile and the life of this mobile is not guaranteed hence either this device is to be replaced with new device or my amount should be refunded back to me.
