My Complaint Description:
I have given my MOTO G4 PLUS on 23rd july for repair but till now no escalation of my case is done.I daily call customer care, chat and sending email but all in vain.I want replacement or refund only.Please provide me the way as its quite disheartening and i am quite stresses because of casual behaviour from motorola team.Its already more than 40 days if customer had paid you full money and its under limited warranty period so why and where is the delay.kindly help me out in either getting refund of purchased price or replacement with new phone.I want to add i have received the phone online on 31st may.
