I have purchase My Moto E (2gen) 3G phone from flip-kart before approx 4 month, Now before some time some charging problem in my phone. i gave my mobile before 20 days till now no any update form company, i have contact 4-5 time to costumer care but every time company give me a next date for complete my mobile. i want replace now for my Mobile..Plz Help for this problem.

    I have Post this Complain before 10 Days, but Still no any reply from Motorola, & no any Update from Company. plz do some action or give other way for solution of this problem. costumer care still give me only approx time. plz do some action sir..
