My Complaint Description:
I HAVE PURCHASED MOTOROLA NEXUS 6 FROM FLIPCART, AFTER 2 MONTHS I FACED PROBLEM AND COMPLAINED FOR BACKSIDE LID COMMING OUT, FLIPCART REPLACED THE SAME IN 7 DAYS. ONCE AGAIN AFTER 5 MONTHS SAME PROBLEM OBSERVED BUT THIS TIME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH MOTOROLA. I RAISED COMPLAIN AND AFTER 45 DAYS THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT.

NOW, ONCE AGAIN I FACED A PROBLEM AND MY LCD SCREEN WAS DAMAGED. I HAD SUBMITTED MY DEVICE TO SURAT SERVICE CENTER (MOTOROLA APPROVED SERVICE CENTER) IN 22ND DEC 2015.

AFTER SEVERAL FOLLOW-UPS THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT MOTOROLA AS THEY ARE NOT GETTING PARTS FROM THE COMPANY. I CALLED MOTOROLA ON 3RD FEB 2016 AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM. THEY COMMITTED ME FOR FINAL DELIVERY ON 25TH FEB 2016.

ON 24TH FEB 2016, I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM MOTOROLA TELLING THAT, THEY WILL TAKE ONE MORE MONTH I.E. 22ND MARTCH 2016 TO REPAIR THE DEVISE AS PARTS ARE STILL NOT AVAILABLE.

TODAY, ONCE AGAIN I CALLED SERVICE CENTRE BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ANSWER AND TELLING TO WAIT.

I TOLD THEM TO RETURN MY DEVISE WITH A LETTER STATING THAT, THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVERED REQUIRED SPARE PART AND FAILED TO REPAIR THE DEVISE.

I ALSO TOLD THEM TO REPLACE MY PHONE WITH A NEW ONE AS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR.

FINALLY I TOLD A REFUND @ 50% COST BUT ALL THE THINGS THEY ARE REFUSING AND ONLY I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR NEXT CAL.

I NEED HELP FROM YOU TO TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR PRODUCING POOR QUALITY PRODUCT, NOT PROVIDING SERVICE.
