My Complaint Description:
It's been almost 3-4 months I am running behind Motorola authorized service centre and also talking to customer care by all possible media to get my phone repaired. Incident: 160831-018011 Initially I was told that mother board has some problem and we will solve it. They did some diode sharting (Technical term)and gave me my phone back after 1 month.
Immediately next day I had to go again to the service center as the problem was not solved for which they charged me 1500 INR. Kindly note that they were hesitating in giving me the bill for the amount I paid. Again next day they took my phone back and and did not reply for almost 10 days. After fighting so much, they told My phone has a battery issue and now they want my battery to be replaced costing me another 1100 INR. I still said okay but It's been more than 1.5 months they are not able to provide me the solution.
I have been complaining on twitter facebook and customer care of motorola India and I am not getting any update. They always say that they are following my case closely but still not able to provide me the solution for my MOTO G phone. All the details required were already given to them long Back.
