My Complaint Description:
I repaired my mobile at motrola service centre at Ahmedabad at 5 September 2016 because my sim slot could not detact sim.They gave me my mobile at 16 September 2016. That issue was solved but after that i saw that my mobile's upper mic not working. So i went Ahmefabad from Kadi (distance approximately 60km)again for this isuue on 25 September 2016 but they said me that our server is down so please come back after few days. Then i went there at 30 September 2016. They took my mobile then after at 10 October 2016 i go again at hamedabad from kadi to take my mobile but there also one new fault they changed my upper speaker also and that have no much voice. So i feel uncomfortable while calling now. And now i cant go again and again at Ahmedabad and i cant waste my time and money.
