We all residential people of Opp. St.Francis School, Next to Public Ground, (near Shiv Sena Sakha) Central Park, Nallasopara East requesting without any prejudice to you that again and again from 12/06/16 we face lots of power failure issues.

Mostly suddenly power failure at any time and after contacting we got so many excuses AS THAT KNOW ANY THING ABOUT POWER AILURE AT YOUR AREA AND SOME TIMES THEY REPLIED AS about repairing THAT wire cut, transformer failures, DU failures, there are no distribution box to avoid power cut by area wise. And it is not for few minutes and hours even power failure for whole night too. What is the exact reason behind all this? AND NOW IT IS DAILY POWER FAILURE AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS? AND ELECTRIC BILL IS AS IT IS HOW IT IS POSSIBLE.

Even on 20.06.2016 early morning at 1.45 am we call them they simply replied as power failure due to kite dori (kite string)……..who will in this season????? Not only this but we have to call several person and make them inform for power failure. The reason is not on duty, or left for the day too. And customer care are hardly receive the call and if they receive they are just there to take complain and nothing else. While contacting MSEB customer care we mostly they are busy, if it is linked than most of the time we have to go through their normal add of MSEB APPS INFORMATION AND AFTER LONG WAITING PHONE JUST SIMPLY CUT OFF.

Now there is also maintenance take place by every Friday from few months, but ultimately problems are still stands as it is. What kind of material are using for all this and most of the time store department is also not having sufficient material to solve the problem that is the responsible for material, store department, maintenance engineer????????

We have already submitted one letter to resolve this problem.
But till date we have not been received any satisfactory answer or solved the problem.
Kindly request you to please look into this matter urgently and solve the problem as earliest as possible.

  1. शालिबद्रा क्लासिक बी विंग अचोले रोड नालासोपारा पूर्व जिला पालघर महाराष्ट्र पिन नम्बर 401209 समय रात्रि 3:30 बिजली नहीं है आप के कैम्पेन मोबाइल नम्बर 7798982198 पर रात्रि समय 3:40 बात किया तो बोले हमारा काम नही हम सुबह मे काम करेंगे कन्ट्रोल रूम का फोन कोई उठाता ही नहीं है अभी तक सुबह का समय 6 बजे बिजली नहीं आई है ।
