My Complaint Description:

I Prashant Solanki complaint against MTS Blaze Services for not providing services of internet after purchasing of MTS prepaid Dongle (9137150652) 15 days ago from today and when calling yesterday at Customer Care of MTs , they said I have not paid my previous postpaid dongle (9137108361) bill of Rs. 895 which I have paid in advance on 29/02/2016 for close postpaid connection and card converted into prepaid dongle and I have cash memo also of that but due to their systems fault I have suffered a 15 days lost of internet and my job work pays of 500 Rs, per day for 5 days and after resolving the problem and starting prepaid Dongle (9137150652) they even not extended my days for extension of interment service or pay for my loss, so i claim for 1200 rs or one month extension of dongle for the inconvenience.

    We have successfully provided the waiver of Rs 140 on 3rd JUne- and your postpaid services are already deactivated from 12th MAr-16.
