My Complaint Description:
I want to log a complain against MTS customer care representative sitting at various MTS outlets and at MTS main customer care unit.
I am a customer of MTS and I have having one MTS wifi dongle (MTS Reliance Wi-pod) MDN 9137690737 which I have purchased from Ashram road. I will share you copy of invoice if you need it.
On dt. 1-Aug-2016 I got message from MTS that my balance will expire, so I have done recharge of Rs. 248. But on next day I saw that My MTS balance have not been carried forward, so I rushed to MTS store on 2-Aug-2016 located nearer to my Bodakdev office (Perfect Communication, F/F-14, Balaji road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad – 380054) and met with Miss Falguni, Mr. Hardik Mathukiya and Mr. Parag (ZBM) who are sitting at this MTS store and explained them my problem.
They informed me that If you do another recharge of Rs. 299 then your balance will be carried forward, else it will lapse. So, on 2-Aug-2016 I have done another recharge of Rs. 299 and my MTS data balance carry forwarded by MTS.
Now, on dt. 28-Aug-2016, I got another message from MTS mentioning my MTS data balance approx. 17GB will lapse on Dt. 29-Aug-2016 23.59
So as a precautionary action I have done recharge of Rs. 299 on 28-Aug-2016 from online Paytm website and I got confirmation from MTS that recharge of Rs. 299 done successfully on dt. 28-Aug-2016.
But, on 29-Aug-2016 I checked my balance and I found that my MTS balance is 1.5GB, so I rushed to the same MTS store mentioned above and explained them scenario, but they told me that I need to go to MTS Head customer care store located at Acropolis mall, Thaltej.
So, I visited MTS Head customer care store located at 4th floor, Acropolis mall, Thaltej, Ahmedabad and met with Mr. Dharmesh Mistry and Miss Komal Abel.
They told me that it is not possible to carry forward your balance as you have done recharge on 28-Aug-2016, if I have done recharge on 29-Aug-2016 then your balance can carry forward. They also told me that whatever you want to do you can do, but your data balance will not get carry forwarded unless you do another recharge.
Now they are asking me to do another recharge of Rs. 299 to carry forward my data balance.
But I do not understand, within just 2 days, I need to do another recharge of Rs. 299 again.
With MTS customer care executives and Head customer care persons bad response and unethical behaviour, I have written complain and handed over to Miss Komal Abel (Copy of which attached with this email)
Request your help in getting my data balance (approx. 17GB) back on my MTS data card.
